COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

Potassium Chloride USP ....................... 100 mg

Water for Injection USP ................................. q.s.

INDICATIONS:

Potassium Chloride Concentrate is used as asource of the potassium cation for the treatment or prevention of potassiumdepletion in patients for whom dietary measures or oral medication areinadequate. Potassium salts may also be used cautiously in those taking digoxinwhere potassium depletion may cause arrhythmias. Potassium Chloride Concentratemust be administered by slow IV, as a dilute solution.
