INDICATION:

Anthelmintics.

ALBENDAZOLEis indicated in the treatment of single or mixed intestinal parasites. Clinicalstudies have shown albeneffective in the treatment of Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura, Enterobius vermicularis, Ancylostomaduodenale and Necator americanus,Taenia spp. and Strongyloides stercoralis.

ALBENDAZOLE has been shown to be effective inthe treatment of Giardia infections in children.
