About Azithromycin for Oral Suspension USP

Each 5 ml reconstituted suspension contains:

Azithromycin (As Dihydrate) USP

Eq. to Azithromycin Base ........... 200 mg

Excipients ........................................ q.s.

Colour : Tartrazine

Dosage : As directed by the Physician.

Reconstitution instructions:

Tap bottle to release powder. Make up the volume with water up to the mark shown

on the bottle, to obtain 30 ml of suspension.

The reconstituted suspension should be consumed within 7 days after preparation.

Store reconstituted suspension in refrigerator.

Store in a cool & dry place, below 30C.

Protect from light.

Keep out of reach of children.
