About Dr. Mol Double

Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic drug. It is used for the relief of : Mild to moderate pain, Fever, Migraine & Tension headaches.

For adults and children 12 years of age and older, the recommended dose of paracetamol is 650 to 1000 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4000 mg in 24 hours. For extended-release paracetamol, the dose is 1300 mg every 8 hours as needed, not to exceed 3900 mg in 24 hours. For children under 12 years of age, the recommended dose of paracetamol is 10 to 15 mg/kg every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed five doses (50-75 mg/kg) in 24 hours.

Hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or to any of the excipients of the formulation. Patients with severe hepatic dysfunction.
