Indications :

Warfarin Tablets is indicated for

Prophylaxis and treatment ofvenous thrombosis and its extension, pulmonary embolism (PE), prophylaxis andtreatment of thromboembolic complications associated with atrial fibrillation(AF) and/or cardiac valve replacement and reduction in the risk of death,recurrent myocardial infarction (MI), and thromboembolic events such as strokeor systemic embolization after myocardial infarction.

Dosage and Administration :

The dosage and administration ofWarfarin Tablets must be individualised for each patient according to thepatients INR response to the drug. Adjust the dose based on the patients INRand the condition being treated.
